What’s new:
- You can expand/collapse the notes/lists on pages
- Fixed a number of bugs introduced with the recent changes as well as some lingering ones
Important info:
As the database schema has changed with this version, if you’re upgrading from any previous version you must run the file schema_0.2.5_to_0.3.0.sql (which is in the root of the project) in your database.

Added gzip compression to application. Although Notes is by far much less bloated than most Web 2.0 to-do apps this makes page loading even faster.

A small reliability update this time. It might not affect you at this time, but the bug corrected may manifest itself sometime if you don’t update (only the page_controller.rb file has changed).

Basically, I updated the javascript libraries to their latest (unreleased) versions. This solves some issues with the sortable to-do lists. Download it from the “Downloads” Section.

The next version of Notes will bring:
- Some parts of the application will have a simplified version – easily accessible from mobile devices
- You will be able to sort notes and lists on a page
